Acceptance
This document explains how SpectraIQ Pty Ltd (ABN registered in Australia, trading as "SpectraIQ", "we", "us" or "our") approaches the use of our website and services in connection with the SpectraIQ.ai platform. It applies to all use of our website, products and services unless a separately executed agreement says otherwise.
Eligibility
Services are intended for use by authorised personnel of franchised and independent automotive dealerships and OEMs operating in Australia.
Subscriptions
Use of the platform requires a current subscription or master services agreement. Free trials are offered at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including using them to process unlawful content, to circumvent compliance controls, or to attempt unauthorised access. See /legal/acceptable-use.
Intellectual property
SpectraIQ retains all rights in the platform, brand, documentation and AI models. You retain ownership of your dealership data; we receive a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the services.
Disclaimer
The services are provided on an 'as is' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
